The service
blurfacephotos.com is a free tool that blurs, pixelates, censors, redacts or anonymizes faces in photos and video. All processing runs in your browser on your own device; your files are not uploaded to us.
Provided “as is”
The tool is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Automatic face detection is not perfect: it can miss a face, cover the wrong area, or leave someone identifiable. Always review the result yourself before you share or publish it. You use the tool at your own risk.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the images and videos you process and for how you use the results. You must have the right to use and edit the files you open, and you must comply with the laws that apply to you, including privacy, data-protection and consent rules. Do not use the tool for anything unlawful.
Plans and payments
Blurring, pixelating and hiding faces in photos is free and unlimited for everyone, and live camera is free too. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks video export, unlimited batch, full-HD and 4K, removes ads and adds a commercial-use license. Right now paid checkout is not active yet: nothing is charged and any Premium unlock in this build is for evaluation only. When checkout launches, Premium will be billed monthly or yearly through a third-party payment provider, and any refunds will follow the applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and the blurfacephotos.com name belong to us. The images and videos you process remain entirely yours; we never receive them, so we claim no rights over your content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tool, including any case where a face was not fully hidden. Since your files never leave your device, you remain in control of them at all times.
Not legal advice
Guidance on this site about privacy, GDPR or “safe” ways to hide a face is general information, not legal advice. Anonymizing faces reduces risk but does not guarantee compliance or that someone cannot be re-identified by other means.
